Terms of Service

Welcome to RevenueStack School of Entrepreneurs (“the School”, “we”, “us”), operated under RevenueStack LLC. By creating an account or using revenuestackschool.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a working email address and WhatsApp number.
• One account is for one person. Accounts, passwords and course access may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• For security, only one device can be signed in at a time, and signing in from a new device requires email verification and a password change. This protects both you and the value of the program.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or be registered and supervised by a parent or guardian — we welcome young builders when a parent is involved.

2. Courses, payments and access

• Creating an account is free. The Digital Business Professional (DBP) program is sold as one program for one price, unlocked after payment.
• Payments are made through the methods shown for your country (card, bank transfer or Apple Pay through our checkout, or mobile money arranged with our support team). Card and bank payments open your program the moment they clear; arranged local payments are confirmed by our team. A receipt is emailed to you either way.
• Prices are displayed on the Platform in your own currency and may change; the price at the time of your payment applies to you.
• Once unlocked, your program stays accessible on your account for the lifetime of the Platform (“lifetime access”).
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Content and intellectual property

• All course content — videos, templates, checklists, scripts, documents and materials — is the property of the School and is protected by copyright.
• Your access is a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from the content and to use the provided templates in your own business and client work.
• You may not record, download, copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share course content with anyone. Videos are watermarked and protected; accounts found sharing content are suspended without refund.

4. Certificates and submitted work

• The Digital Business Professional (DBP) certificate is earned — issued only after your submitted work has been assessed and approved for every module of the program.
• You confirm that work you submit is your own. Submitting someone else's work may lead to rejection, certificate revocation or account suspension.
• We may display anonymised examples of excellent student work for educational purposes; we will ask you first before using your name.

5. Honest expectations — no income guarantee

We teach real, in-demand skills using the systems we use ourselves. However, your results depend on your effort, consistency and market conditions. We make no promise or guarantee of income, employment or specific results. Anyone who guarantees you riches is lying to you — and that includes us if we ever did, which is why we don't.

6. Acceptable behaviour

• Be respectful in all interactions with mentors, staff and other students.
• Do not use the Platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse staff, attempt to breach Platform security, or share paid content.

7. The Platform

• We work to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and outages can occur.
• We may improve, modify or reorganise the Platform and program content over time — that is part of keeping the training current.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the School grows. Meaningful changes will be announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
