Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RevenueStack School of Entrepreneurs (operated under RevenueStack LLC) collects, why, and how it is handled. Short version: we collect only what the School needs to work, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, password (stored encrypted — we can never see it) and the country you select.
• Learning data: which modules you unlock, lessons you complete, work you submit and feedback you receive — this powers your dashboard, progress and certificates.
• Payment records: what you paid for and when. We do not store card numbers or mobile money PINs; payments happen through the payment providers themselves.
• Security data: a device identifier and active-session information, used to enforce the one-device policy that protects your account.
• Usage analytics: anonymous page-view statistics (via Vercel Analytics) that show us how the site is used. No advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To run your account, your classroom and your progress tracking.
• To contact you about your learning: welcome messages, payment receipts, reminders, work-review results and school announcements — by email, in-app notification or WhatsApp.
• To issue and verify certificates.
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent account sharing.

3. Where your data lives

Your data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union), Vercel (website hosting), Bunny.net (video streaming) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

4. What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never share your contact details with other students or third parties for marketing.
• We never store your payment PINs or card numbers.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember choices like your country, currency and notification state. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

• You can see and update your profile information from your account.
• You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data — email us and we will do it. Note that deleting your account also removes your progress and certificate records.
• Every marketing-style email includes the ability to stop receiving it — or simply tell us on WhatsApp.

7. Children

The Platform is intended for people aged 16 and above. Younger students may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent.

8. Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we will announce it on the Platform. The “last updated” date above always tells you the current version.
